1. Definitions"Platform": The Skill Zone Education website and mobile application,
owned and operated by Skill Zone for Education LLC."User":
Any person who registers or uses the platform's services."Content":
All educational materials, text, images, videos, audio files,
and other resources provided through the platform.
2. Registration and Accounts• Users must provide accurate and complete information during
registration and are responsible for keeping their
login credentials secure.• The platform reserves the
right to suspend or terminate any account in case of
violation of these terms.3. Payments and Subscriptions
Services are provided for a fee as stated on the pricing page.
Payments are processed via approved electronic payment methods.
Refunds are only provided in accordance with the Refund Policy stated herein.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy• Users may cancel a subscription or course up to
48 hours before the start date to receive a full refund.• Once a course has started or
content has been downloaded/accessed, no refunds will be issued except in exceptional
cases determined by the platform.5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the platform is owned or licensed by Skill Zone for
Education LLC.• Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any
content without prior written consent from the company.6. User Content
Users are responsible for any content they upload, post, or share on
the platform.• By uploading content, the user grants the company a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and
display such content for educational purposes.7. User Obligations
The platform must be used solely for educational purposes.
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt to hack it,
or distribute harmful software.• Users must not post or
share any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates
the rights of others.8. Limitation of Liability• The company
is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of the platform,
technical issues beyond its control, or failure to achieve specific
educational outcomes.• The platform is provided 'as is'
without warranties of any kind.9. Account Termination
The company may suspend or terminate accounts that
violate these terms without prior notice.
Users may request account deletion by contacting customer
support.10. Changes to Terms
The company reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the platform.11.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably,
and if unresolved, shall be subject to the exclusive
